FEDERATION 2 COMMANDS

TELEPORT

Moves you directly to another location, or another planet, provided you have a teleporter. The basic command moves you to the landing pad of the planet you are on:

Usage: TELEPORT

You can move to any location on the planet:

Usage: TELEPORT address
Parameters: 'address' is the numerical address of the location you want to move to.

Example: teleport 325

You can move to the LP of another planet in the same system:

Usage: TELEPORT planetname
Parameters: 'planetname' is the planet you want to go to.

Example: teleport mars

Or to a planet in another system:

Usage: TELEPORT systemname.planetname
Parameters: 'systemname' is the star system and 'planetname' is the planet you want to go to.

Example: teleport rigel.rigel 4

Restrictions: You must be in possession of a teleporter, which is only available to Merchants and above.
You cannot teleport under any of these circumstances:

  • You are in a location with a teleport shield.
  • Your destination is teleport shielded.
  • You are carrying an object that is teleport restricted in your inventory or your ship's locker.
  • You have any cargo in your ship.
  • The destination system is closed.
  • You have been exiled from the destination system.#
  • You are in your spaceship.
  • Your destination is in space.

TELEPORT can be abbreviated to TP.

To find out a teleport address, use ADDRESS.
