Stops the production in a Blish city.
Usage: STOP PRODUCTION cityname slotnumber Parameters: 'cityname' is the name of the city. 'Slotnumber' is the slot you want to stop.
Example: stop production nutbush 3
Restrictions: Plutocrats only.
To set up the production, use SET PRODUCTION.
