SMILE

Smiles at everyone in the room, or at another player specifically.

Usage: SMILE

Usage: SMILE playername
Parameters: 'playername' is the name of the person you want to smile at.

Note: the game adds a random qualifier.

You can smile at people who are not in the same room as you.
