Sets the level of wages you will pay for your factory workthings.
Usage: SET FACTORY factory# WAGES amount
Parameters: 'factory#' is the number of the factory you are setting the wages for
'amount' is the groats you are willing to pay the workthings.
Example: set factory 3 wages 40
Restrictions: Industrialists and Manufacturers only.
