ISSUE DIVIDEND

Pays a dividend to all the company's shareholders.

Usage: ISSUE DIVIDEND amount
Parameters: 'amount' is the number of groats you want to pay out per share.

Example: issue dividend 5

Restrictions: Manufacturers and Financiers only. There is an upper limit on 2,000 groats per share, and the command can only be used twice a day.
